Green Thumbs

Being a nature lover, it's only natural that I would love gardening. If we weren't renting our home right now, I'd have a full vegetable garden in the backyard, but I do plan to get some herbs growing in containers soon. I've read that there are some vegetables that will grow well in containers, too, but I don't have any place to put them where they'd get the full sun they need.

So, for now, all I can do is post about growing one's own food, as well as other gardening topics. As time permits, I'll be posting about such things as planting in containers, planning your garden, plant buddies (and enemies), bug repelling plants, tips for getting the best results, building trellises and greenhouses, and much more. Whether you live in a house or an apartment, you will surely find something of use to you.
